To eliminate any ANGF rumors and to set the story straight I offer the following:

I left the fall board meeting early due to fatigue due to my cancer treatment recovery; I learned later that all attendees at the board meeting agreed, and I now concur with the rationale to hold an initial Restructure meeting with the core Executive Board and the Parliamentarian. The grounds for this method was to lessen the number of chiefs—yet include their suggestions and then present a final draft for review and proof for finalization to board members past and current. The number of members involved with this proposed first meeting isn't as relevant as the quantity of work results and improvement of communication in posting the project outline, timeline, progress, and results.

Though the executive board will transform into committees it will continue to govern ANGF. As mentioned above, the committees will report the progress of Constitution, National 501C3 status, proposed operating budgets, defined responsibilities of national positions, expansion of ANGF educational projects (including summer conference), etc. to all via the ANGF website.

Soon ANGF's website will be revamped and include an active Bulletin Board to inform the status of projects and to dispel any half truths that may cause confusion. To remain true to being transparent in all ANGF matters, timely Notices will be posted to answer questions and report the status of ground work development.

Once the ground work has been complete the committees look forward to holding a national meeting where all members can participate in proofing the polishing the changes.
